After you fill out and submit our request form on the website, our team will
contact you to provide a quote and complete your reservation process.
We have two main classes of vehicles available for your transfer: all are
modern, well-equipped, and spotlessly clean. These include standard cars that
seat up to 4 passengers and comfortable vans that seat up to 8 passengers. If
you’d like another type of vehicle or have a special request, we can also
accommodate your needs.
Your transfer includes all costs associated with the transfer, such as any
freeway tolls or fuel. You will always know the price we quote you in advance,
so there will be no surprise expenses.
Cash and Card payments are available. We accept almost all credit and debit
cards, and we also offer the convenience of PayPal. Depending on the service,
you can either pay the full amount upfront or deposit a part of the total sum.
For departures from the airport, the included waiting time is 45 minutes. For
all other starting points, 15 minutes. If the waiting time exceeds the above
limits, extra charges could be applied.
Please contact your driver on the number received. You can also contact our
Customer Service to assist you.
Our rates do not include a driver's tip. Any extra gratitude for the
extraordinary service of your driver is completely at your discretion and highly
appreciated by the drivers!
Your mobile number will be used if we need to contact you in case of an
emergency, for example, if your driver is experiencing difficulties locating you
at the time of pickup.
Make sure to choose the city/town or the airport while selecting the route on
our booking form. During the booking process, you will be asked to enter your
full pick-up/drop-off address.
Food and beverages are allowed during the transfer. Any damages or necessary
cleaning may incur extra charges. It is possible to add an extra stop on the
route for food and drinks.
You are welcome to bring your foldable wheelchair at no extra charge. Please
make sure to choose a vehicle that is large enough to accommodate all
passengers, luggage, and the wheelchair.
Child seats are required as the safety of children's transportation is regulated
by law, and there are penalties for not using them. We offer infant seats (0-1
years old), child seats (1-5 years old), and booster seats (5-12 years old) for
an additional charge.
You can bring your child seat. Please consider that it takes up space for one
person, so make sure to select the appropriate vehicle while booking.
There is a possibility to add more than one extra stop while making your online
booking, limited to 10 minutes for an additional charge.
You can take your pet on a transfer without an extra charge, provided it is
properly placed in a travel box or bag. Please ensure your pet does not disturb
the driver and that the vehicle remains in good condition for the next
customers.
If you have extra luggage that requires a larger vehicle category, you must book
a larger vehicle.
All our passengers have injury insurance in the event of a car accident. We also
suggest purchasing travel insurance every time you travel, so you can travel
without worries.
You can request an invoice by providing us with the company’s details (name,
fiscal address, VAT number).
We provide a private transfer service for the number of passengers specified in
your reservation. The vehicle is at your disposal for your group only.
If you need to cancel or change your reservation, please contact us immediately,
and we will do our best to accommodate your changes and cancellation.
Unfortunately, if the cancellation or change in the transfer is at short notice,
we may not be able to assist – however, we will always try to do our best.
If the service you have received did not meet your expectations, please contact
us, and we will review your case. Any issues during travel should immediately be
brought to our attention to assist.
